But they did came over last hmmm Saturday. I was taking my afternoon nap and woke up to see my Kai Yea and him here. So, that's what's all about.

Hhmmm.. how ah? Need to give ang pow? Wah, timing very nice hor? Pay just out only :P . Nevermind lah, my Kai Kor.

Just When I Make An Effort

To mix around with people, make friends... then something would turn up and the situation just won't allow me.

But what am I complaining? I'm used to it already.

I get so tired. Even when I did not go to KLCC or SM Shopping Arcade or....

The only thing I can think of is coffee. But I don't want to drink 3 cups a day. Currently it's 2.

Random Stuff: 28/12/2004, Tuesday.

Well, what can I say? The past few days have been depressing. 55,000 and rising.

Kar Cher's on leave today. There isn't much work today at the office. Spent most of the time watching trailers at Apple.com. Shhhh! ;)

It all started when I visited Spawn.com's forum. Saw a post saying the Sin City trailer is out. Actually, I knew a movie of the comic book is in the works. The trailer is freaking cool. Check it out in my previous post!

This Friday is new year's eve. Wanted to go to the KLCC New Year's Eve countdown. Then heard friends saying that it will be jam packed, and will take forever to get home. Just like the last time. So, now I am having second thoughts. Hmm, We"ll see on Thursday. If I feel like going, I"ll go. If not, home.

2005 is just around the corner and I have not made any new year's resolutions yet. I think I should make one this time. Some are already a work in progress.

I actually had cheap but oh so delicious sex food last night and this evening. It's basically McDonald's Sundae Cone Twist (vanila and chocolate flavour) with Choco Top. Actually, last night I wanted to eat Baskin Robbin's but pay's not out yet. Today? Pay's already out, but just felt like eating again and no Baskin Robbin's in sight.

There are actually people who do not know what's The Phantom of the Opera??! -_-". But who am I to judge people. I used to have not heard of the band F.I.R. "Fur?". Okay, people who dunno what's it, people who's not free and people who's too far away to watch with me. Hhmmm, how about...? Maybe...? Neh? >)

Just read a few posts of a friend's ejournal and articles. Simple, beautiful and deep. This is one of the reason why I love reading people's blogs. It's in Chinese though.

Sin City The Movie Trailer

Based on Frank Miller's comic of the same name. Finally saw the trailer. Can't wait. Bet it will be banned here. Nevermind, there's always the DVD.

I think it's going to be great. It's filmed in black and white, just like the comic, and occasionally only a few things are in colour. Directed by Robert Rodriguez. Yup, the same guy who did the El Mariachi trilogy. El-what? The El Mariachi trilogy consists of El Mariachi, Desperado and Once Upon A Time In Mexico.

Based on Frank Miller's comic, the movie if not mistaken, would be an anthology of stories. 3, again if not mistaken. Basically, if memory serves, the movie will be an adaptation of The Hard Goodbye, That Yellow Bastard, and A Dame To Kill For. Hhmm, maybe they would fit in another with Family Values?

Don't Think I Have The Mood To Blog Tonight.

Have some things to blog. Like what I've found and bought. Mrs. Wang Lee Hom *cough* even gave me a great topic to blog, though I get headaches just by thinking about it.

Heard that there would be some more aftershocks of the quake tonight. Made a phone call just to make sure. Still worried though. :(

Xmas Eve

hmm nothing much. Just went to KLCC again after work. Alot of people wo. X|

Scouring around to find some sex food. Went to New Zealand Natural. Thought of eating their ice cream. Then saw they have this ice blended coffee base with nuts, cream and stuff. Looks interesting. About RM 14 for the regular cup. I chose the Chocolate flavoured version called Chocololo. Taste good, but lack sex food orgasm. What the hell is a "lolo" anyway?

Went to the usual places, blahblah but linger at Kinokuniya for quite some time. Bought these:


Midori no Hibi vol. 3 and 4. Damn, I'm too hooked on this title. During one of my afternoon naps today, I dreamt that I woke up and found my left hand turned into a cute girl. She said "Hi" to me and I screamed (not girly scream lah).

Wanted to try some other titles like... Bleach. Bleach, from the synopsis at the back of the English translated manga sounds interesting. Fight evil spirits.

This year's Xmas themed stuff sure sucks. Not as cute as last year's. No wonder so hard to find gifts. But then again, besides Ex no.3, I think I seldom buy Xmas gifts for people. People also didn't give me... *scratch scratch*

Before I go home, went to the Tamiya shop just for the heck of it. Just want to check out some diecast cars, but the ones here usually are of low quality. But ah, nothing to do anyway.

Guess what I found? The Back To The Future
(BTTF) Delorean Time Machine!! Last time only found the BTTF Part 3 version, and it's not really the version that I wanted. Price tagged says RM 59.90, but they only charge me RM 47 something. This is truly awesome. Though it's not from some good company like Mattel Hotwheels, Matchbox or even Corgi. Still, where can you find the Delorean Time Machine? Haven't take pics yet, will do and post it up. Awesome, truly awesome. BTTF is one of my all time favourite movies. Didn't catch it in the cinemas (though I did catch the 2nd and 3rd part at the cinemas), only watch it on video tape. Dunno watch how many times, heh... Hey, isn't there a Trilogy Collection on DVD out? :P

After purchasing the Delorean Time Machine, went home. Reached home at around 11. So late. Didn't take dinner until I got back. Take dinner and watch Friends at the same time. Bath, read the mangas and slept with the lights on. Dunno why, just don't feel like switching them off. As long as it's not every night, I guess it's ok.

How's your Xmas so far? It's been a very sleepy one. Woke up at 8, then play Ragnarok Online a while and went back to sleep. Woke up for lunch and went back to sleep again.

Haven't got the mood to post about my Xmas Eve yet... even though there's nothing much to it, hahah!

Today's Gift Exchange And Lunch

Hhmm... the more I think about the gift exchange the more I'm disappointed... Ahahah, no lah, I'm just kidding!

The initial plan was to get just 1 gift and we just exchange. Then yesterday last minute Kar Cher (our team lead) decided that it would be more fun to have each person get 3 gifts. Oh and that's not the only last minute thingy that went on. Kar Cher received an email stating that she will be audited by internal auditor today!!! So, she was quite busy, today and yesterday. Busy updating procedure files and all those blahblahblah.

Tai Kar Cher (our manager, I think I need to write one "who's who" post and link it on the side bar) ordered pizza from Pizza Hut to treat us and the auditor (read: bribe) for lunch. The pizzas and the chicken wings side order is suppose to arrive within 50 minutes. But it didn't turn up. Tai Kar Cher says since it's late, it should be free. Though the delivery guy might get into trouble, possibly get fired. Oh no, Spider-Man is going to lose his job again!!

Tai Kar Cher herself called to Pizza Hut and demanded from the outlet manager to have it free. Since the delivery guy showed up after... get this, 2 hours! The delivery guy said he couldn't find the place. Not only that, while pulling out the bag of chicken wings out, instead of holding the top/opening of the bag, he was pulling from the bottom of the bag. So, when it came out, the chicken wings fell on the floor. All of em. Kesian (pity). They couldn't fly.
Anyway, lunch was free.

After lunch, we exchanged our gifts. Check out what I got:

Well, since we did not inform her about our last minute changes, she only got one. We drew lots and Kar Cher Got it. Aiya, nevermind lah.

Oh! Mac at first did not get any gifts for us. He said when he reached home, he was too tired and slept till morning. So, during lunch time he went out to buy. Hhhmm.. the flower thingy has a tag on it that says "Thinking of you". Is he trying to tell me something??

Hahaha, actually he got us all the same flower except that they are in different colours. Both mine and Tai Kar Cher's has the words "Thinking of you" but Kar Cher's "Have a beautiful day". Kar Cher bought us, both Mac and I candles and something else (I forgot) for Tai Kar Cheh.

Everyone, especially the females were going "ooh so cute!" with my magnets. Heheh, the auditor (yeah she stayed but no gifts for her cuz we didn't know she stayed back after lunch) said I really know how to choose gifts, something that usually guys can't. AAAAHahahah! Pai seh! Last nite I was panicking and even called all the way to Penang to seek for advice. Hahaha!! Luckily found these magnets. But... the compliment, I dunno good or bad. Make me sound girlish. LOL!

If I've not found those magnets, them Xmas snow globes were another option. But they were too cheap-ass looking. Aaa gotta go tomorrow for some really-final-last-minute-sudden-death gifts shopping @_@.

I Didn't Get To Have "SEX" Tonight!!!!

Grrr! Well the food equivalent to sex lah. Ha! Which is, ice cream (to me anyway)!!! Although didn't get to eat that oh so sinful food, I had a sinful dinner though. Heheh, read on!

Let's flashback to Tuesday shall we? Kar Cher suddenly came out with this idea, that everyone get gifts with a budget of RM 10 for everyone (including the Tai Kar Cher, aka our manager) and exchange it on Thursday. I said: "Sure! No problem!!" But boy did I regret saying it. Not that I mind getting gifts for people, just that I am hopeless at choosing gifts for people. Well, if they are people that I know very well, then no problem. But my colleagues.... *big sweatdrop*

So, after work I went to KLCC for a last minute shopping. Decided to take dinner at Burger King!!! Hahaha! That's my sinful dinner. Yeah, I know, there are other good and expensive food, but are they as greasy and fattening as Whopper+Fries+extra mayo? No? Hahahaha!!!

Anyway, after the dinner, wanted to get some ice cream, but alas, was a bit full. And, it's already 8:15p.m. Better haul ass to find the gifts. From Isetan to Parkson, to Kinokuniya, to Memory Lane... can't find anything, well, things that are suitable for my colleagues. Though did spotted a red coloured teddy bear that's sooooo cute at Memory Lane though. Maybe can get that to woo girls.. hahaha.... Actually, when at Kino thought of getting "Management for Dummies" for Tai Kar Cher, but I still want my job.

Went back to Isetan, dilly daly at the toys section.... what the hell am I still doing here??!?! ARGGGH! Better go find something for tomorrow!!! OMG I am sooo screwed!!! Then I walked passed the stationary section and saw these cute lil Xmas themed magnets:

So nice! I've wrapped the magnets up and still left alot. The wrapper is now mine... Muahaha!

After getting the gifts, went back to Kino again for a quick browse of what Chinese translated manga is out. Oooo! Guess what I bought? Midori no Hibi Vol. 1 and 2!!!

Forbidden Siren is one of those Horror Survival games on PS2. Darn, I want one...

Just feel so sick, thinking of myself. I'm disappointed, I'm bitter.

Sometimes I regret letting people know that I would always be there for them. By saying that, people take me for granted.

I think it's best not to say anything. Words are just mere empty comfort. Action is the best way to prove oneself. Time will only tell.

I've said to myself that it's ok. But I'm only lying to myself. It's never ok, but why would I want to bring people down with me? It's ok....

Just Got A Hair Cut

Went to that salon at Carrefour. RM 12. Cheap leh! From their price list, it's suppose to be RM 15. But from what Mama told me, RM 12 is promo price. But it's been quite some time. Mama actually went there to cut before. So they recognise her.

Papa went with us. They say I look exactly like Dad. Like from the same Kueh Ka Pek mold.

The girl asked me how I want my hair to be cut. Asked her if layered would look good on me. She said my hair is already layered (What?!). I told her to just cut whatever she like, just as long as it looks good and suitable for me.

So basically she just trimmed it for me. Behind, side.... errr underneath. Looks almost the same, just not so thick. I like it.

Oh my God, what's wrong with me??! 26 and I still blush. I think it's been quite a while... No, more like years since I've let a girl cut my hair X_x. Felt pai seh. I wore specs and have to take em down while cutting. Can't see myself blush but I don't think you need to see to know you are blushing. ARGH, Get a grip!

Just Finished Watching Full Metal Alchemist

I"ll make this quick. I have something I want to get off my chest.

Today bought the 4th volume of Full Metal Alchemist (FMA) DVD. Finally finish watching it.

The ending... errr, kinda a cop out. But, it's an interesting ending. I wonder how they will take it from here with the upcoming anime movie.

I"ll do a short review/intro to the anime series the next time.

Making Bio-Chemical Warfare

Came back early from work today. Kept going to the washroom to "terrorise" it. Called it quits after lunch.

Got back, went to see doc. Doc wouldn't let me have a two day mc. She was even reluctant to give me an mc for today. What, you think I got any rest today? Dumb shit.

No anti-biotics. Though I feel a bit feverish and the doc said my temperature is maximum of normal, no panadol for me. Don't care, if tomorrow not well yet. I'm going to go look for her.

Of course, I would wish that I feel better tomorrow. *Gurgh!*

Blurry pics? What do you expect from a 2 megapixel camera lah. Wanted to take more of the invidual pics. But alas, not much space left and the interesting ones were busy playing the Guess The Anime Character Game, Q&A etc.

I sounded harsh in my previous post. I expected to see some US comic characters and art. Might as well call it Anime/Manga/Cosplay Fiesta.

Beleive it or not, I actually enjoyed it. Boy, now I feel old. Thinking of going to the upcoming Cosplay Party.

Comic Fiesta: Meh

Comic Fiesta was "Meh". Might as well call it Anime Cosplay Fiesta. A few booths to show/sell off original artwork. And a couple of booth from Sun Comic and AnimeTech to sell off anime stuff.

Luckily no one went with me. If anyone did, I think they be whining all the way. I took the LRT to KL Sentral, and took the Mono Rail to the Titiwangsa station. Have to walk a bit. Went through some piss/shit stinking underpass just to get to the National Art Gallery.

The costumes were interesting. Some cool ones, the twins as the errr twins from the Fatal Frame 2 game, Roy Mustang (some girl actually cosplay as the Colonel!!!), Yuna, SailorMoon (!!!), some chick with... i dunno, flappy hands for ears, and the funny as hell Ultra(wo)man. Too bad no Lacus Clynne.

Enough lah, nothing really blog worthy. Once I've edited and uploaded the pics, I"ll photo blog it.

SMS With Ex

Ok. I thought it would turn into a mud slinging session but I was wrong.

I manage to not be sarcastic and be diplomatic through out the whole time.

She remembered my Norah Jones CD.

She wanted to return the Classic Piglet with yellow scarf plush to me. I bought that in UK for.... errr for myself. When I brought it back, she loved it. So it was with her all the time. I wanted her to have it. But I'd always joked that I want it back when we break up (then lah). She kept on insisting on returning it to me. Told her to keep it and if she still insist, keep it for me. That shush her up on the Piglet. Or maybe I was being manipulated. >_<

She also wanted to compromise and share some stuff. She replied that I don't sound happy and appologised if it's awkward. For a few minutes there I was just "....". I really dunno what I was feeling. Sad? Angry? I dunno. Just pretty weird. Maybe blue again. Told her it's ok. Told her to keep whatever she wants. I didn't tell her this but some stuff I really jumped through hoops just to get it for her. Running in the rain, travel for miles etc. I didn't do all that just so she can return it to me. Did I do all that just for nothing? She doesn't value what I did for her to get those stuff for her? At least keep it lah.

After the whole splitting the asset thing, we talked about our jobs. She asked me, and I told her I'm no longer with "The Big Green Dude". Now with the **, better pay, shorter hours. She said she's happy for me. She's still with urrmm her current job. Got an increment, but have problems working with her boss. Ahh, it's always with the boss. 4 jobs (or was it 3) and she always complained about her bosses. Maybe it's not her bosses. Maybe it's her? Have she ever wondered about that?

Told her to take care, don't too late take bath. She said she seldom take late baths. Good for her.

I admit, I still care for her. It would be a lie if I do not. When you have loved someone so truly and deeply before, it's hard not to. But it's different now. Care more than a friend, but not more than that. Alright I'm rambling now. I"ll stop.

Blahblahblahblah... Don't be fooled. The "How are you lately?" is just a conversation opener. Might as well just send "Oi, still alive? My stuff?"

Second SMS did mention that my stuff that are with her and she will return it. She forgot about the money. Ahh, nevermind lah. Let's see what she wants to return to me. I would definitely want my Norah Jones CD. If the stuff that are suppose to be for her, she can just keep it. So you don't want it now, don't have the space and want to dump it back to me?

I could be wrong though. See how it goes. She better not drop by out of the blue and expect me to gather all her stuff and return it to her at that instant.

My comp is in my room and I listen to my CDs with it.

Recently bought all the Mobile Suit Gundam Seed OST 1 to 3. Excellent stuff. Brings back the "feel" of the anime. Have to change CDs kinda spoils it though.

If I get a Stereo and put it in my room, there will be even more EM (Electro Magnetic) radiation in my room. Ahh, live a lil, die a lil.

Another option is encode all of the music into MP3 and play it from hard disk. Die lo my hard disk!!

I Can't Find Sh*** At Phamarcies

Someone (you know who you are) recommended me to get Clean and Clear to wash my face.

While at KLCC today, I dropped by Guardian; searched high and low and I couldn't find it.

A friend recommended me to try Biore. Same thing. Where do they hide these things? Or does my "compass" just go screwy whenever I'm in a phamarcy?

On an unrelated topic, found another T.M. Revolution CD at Tower Records. It's his Singles Collection CD. Add that to the "to buy" list.

Cowboy Bebop: Illustrations - The Wind

A book about all the illustrations on the anime Cowboy Bebop. Bilingual. Yeah, you heard that right!! Bilingual! That means it's in Japanese and English!

I was really trying to make a decision. To buy, or not to buy. It's not cheap. Once I got home I ripped it out of its shrink wrapped prison and open it up to have a look. Beautiful illustrations and it's in bilingual!! Bilingual! I think it's my favourite word of the day.

Also went to SM Shopping Arcade for a quick stop and bought:

Bottom: Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Complete Best CD soundtrack - All the opening and ending plus songs from the anime.

Oh yeah, also bought the latest issue of First Magazine. No pics to show. Came with Kungfu Hustle poster and post cards.

Any babe sightings? Errr hahaah didn't pay much attention. Was walking up and down to decide whether I should get the Cowboy Bebop book. Actually I"ll definitely get it, just thinking should I shell out so much money in one day. Ah, nevermind. It's worth every penny.

I think I should add the words "Cowboy Bebop" to my "Weaknesses" list. You can slap these two words on an underwear and I would still buy it. >_<

Rotten

Felt so rotten today. The last 1 and 1/2 hours of work was so busy. Cases were sitting there. Users kept calling me up to check and chase cases for them. Have to call engineers here and there. Mac busy with EWM's ADM and Kar Cher... God knows what she's busy with.

And the last hour, usually 1 agent would be alone. And this week it's me. I was still busy on the phone. Kar Cher had to go. Mac? "Hey, Mac can yer help me with this email? Just reply to the engineer would do."

"But I've off my pc wor!"

Jeez, "Nevermind".

Tell me why, when I'm on the 9 o'clock shift I come in early to work, if things get too busy; I volunteer to help. NO FRIGGING FTO TO CLAIM! And When I go back at 5 o'clock, I would usually offer and see if anybody needs help. And, Even when I'm suppose to go home at 6, I have to stay back and finish up some cases, and the stupid report (thanks to the Puppet aka "Daddy"!!!). GRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Hopefully, someday.... a voice from above would say "You dumbass!" to me.

Damn Ulcer

Suddenly had ulcer somewhere in the mouth where the mouth and gums meet. Extremely uncomfortable.

Oh and did I mentioned I have dry cough too? Whenever I cough, a friction between the ulcer spot and the gums would be produced and hence "ouch".

Stress ah, stress.

And I am "mix"? What the heck!!! Most of the time I get comments that I look "gay" or "Hamsup". "Mix"?!?! Well, a bit lah. According to my dad, my great grand ma is Thai-Chinese. So, 1/5 "mixed"? >_<
