As usual, not much of a weekend. Hai, am I going to just continue wasting them? But this week wasn't a complete waste. Manage to clear off some junk from my hard disk and burned them to a CD. More space! But, I think I need to defrag my C drive. It's acting up again. The last time I defragged it was since,.... after searching through my blog: July 2005. Ehhh?! Half year ago only!!? Ahh, well... I guess the machine has truly aged.

Ahh, who says blogging about useless things like this isn't useful? At least can find out/track back when I did it.

Manage to dust off the display cabinet. Cleared off some space so perhaps a set of gashapon figs can fit in...

Beat Shin Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams. Another great game with a sad ending. Sigh. Though beaten it, started another new game with all the available skills, moves and weapons. Heard the US version they can input a code and unlock secret costumes, where else the Japanese version, you have to download it.

I think I've been hanging out at the video game board at 4chan for too long. Been thinking of getting the Japanese version, since it's import friendly: Dual language.

So, this morning I was doing a quick browse at yesasia.com to see if they have that Asian Kung Fu Generation album Kunkei 5m:



Found it but the price is RM 101.82. Japan version. Figures. No overseas or US version. Sigh.


After work, was meeting up with my brother at Amcorp mall. While waiting, I went to this magazine/capalang shop. The guy there was hard selling his magazine. This is the first time I ever faced anyone trying to hard sell their magazines.

"Yes, kan ai help you?". "I'm just looking around", I replied. "Vee have all sots of magazeens here". "Ok, I can see that".

Instead of selling them, he's getting me annoyed. Keep reading out the titles of the mags that I picked up. Example: "PC GARMER*, you want PC GARMER?", "Game Plo**, Game Plo good"...

Of course, I just did the polite thing, smiled to him. Couldn't stand it anymore so I took off. Sheesh, it's not like he has porn mags stashed in his storeroom, and he has to let his customer know by hard selling it. "Eh, Mister. You want XXX mag?"

Dream Date

Woke up this morning. While still on my bed, suddenly this girl walks into the room and jumps on me.

She gave a peck on my lips and says "Good Morning! ^__^". Hmm? It's her.. but that's impossible! We have not met in person before. I kissed her back, nibbled her lips a bit...

"Good morning, how's your week?", i replied. What??! Why am I not feeling some kind of shock or weirdness here?

"It was ok. I'm starting to get bored. Now it's the weekend and we can go out now!". "Your mom prepared breakfast. Let's go eat!", with her usual genki-ness, she continued. "No, not yet. Let me feel your weight crushing me first before we go *COUGH*!", I replied. "Hahaha, you meanie, but first, let's take a pic!" *SNAP*... cam-whoreness.. ^__^"

Then I realised, this is not real... it's a dream. But I didn't wake up due to the realisation. You know, sometimes, in your dreams, when you found out that it is just a dream, normally, usually you would wake up from it. But it didn't happen here.

So after breakfast, mom had to rush us to finish it up,... yeah, we played with our food and talked too much,... got prepared, we went out for our what seems to be the usual (that's how I felt anyway) shopping/window shopping-lunch-movie-arcade weekend outing.

The dream ends when I sent her back with my bike, "Kaze". Hahaha, I don't even have a bike. And, as if any girl would want to go out with a guy who rides a bike.

It was a stressful week. I'm allowed to dream, no? Doubt it would happen.

Today, decided to just get off from work earlier. Not earlier as in earlier than the "after office hours" time, but earlier than usual. Since when do I go off earlier? ;)

So, after work go where? Went to KLCC. Haven't been there for quite some time. Bought a regular cone of New Zealand Natural ice cream. 1 scoop's Chocolate Ecstacy!! My favourite!!! The other scoop's something new that I tried, Choc Fudge with Brownies or something like that.

Went to the top floor Kinokuniya. They didn't have the earlier Bleach manga volumes. They only have from no. 7 onwards. Deathnote... they have the ones that I wanted but I can't remember which is the latest one that I have. Came back only realise I have up till volume 4. -.-"

Went to Parkson. Nothing much. Went to the Kinokuniya's Japanese section. Cham, lots of art books that I am interested in... T__T. God, when will it end *shakes fists*?? Bought the April's issue of Hobby Japan. Since it showcases all the releases figures of Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny characters. Oh and bought FullMetal Alchemist TV Animation ArtBook no. 3.

Went to Isetan... OMG they have the Snake Orphnoch figure from KR Faiz o_O!!! Been searching high and low for this one. Of course, bought it.

Hhmmm, not bad what, got hot/pretty chicks checking me out. One had a bit of baby fat, the other one dressed up pretty formal and smart. Very stereo-typically OL style. *puuurrrrrr*

Heard this uncle saying "Ampang Park, please!" a few times. Can't see clearly or where he is. Thought it was so packed and he couldn't see where the train is at now. Was thinking, "Dude, Ampang Park is like, few stations behind. Hahaha!". Then suddenly, someone set up me a bomb...

I'm heading the wrong way!!! The current station is Damai!! WTF!!!? This LRT is definitely not heading to Kelana Jaya station!!! Haiyo, really 搭错车!!

Immediately flew off the LRT at Damai station and flew to the other platform. Had to wait for a few minutes for the LRT that is heading Kelana Jaya station. Laugh lah, laugh at people lah...

So, why did the uncle said Ampang Park? Turns out that he is one of the Putra LRT staff and he was talking to the intercom, requesting for someone at Ampang Park station.

How To Recognise/Identify People In Your Mobile Phone Address Book

I haven't been properly updating my blog in quite a while. Recently, either they have been memes or some silly lil updates like "ZOMG the opening damn 7 cun!".

So, with a warm mug of coffee in hand... IKUZO!



A word of warning first: Childish name calling post ahead! Stop reading if you are easily offended by it! Yes, you! You with the Tripple Cheese Burgers in each hand, STOP!



With that disclaimer out of the way, here we go. I've been checking my mobile phone address book, and this is what I find (names are not real for privacy purpose):

To tell the truth, I'm quite bad in keeping in touch with quite a number of friends/acquaintances/ex-colleagues. My reaction's basically, "WHOTF ARE THESE PEOPLE?!". So, I've come up with some ways to recognise/identify these poor sods whom I've met but seldom contacted them.

The First Way: pretty much standard. Assign serial numbers on these people. For example, "Tung (2311967)". As if! Since I'm numerically insensitive, this idea was shot down as soon as I thought of it.


The Second Way: since humans usually recognise a person mostly based on that person's physical traits. Be it a big nose, big ass... it's how the brain works. Say:

Tung "CB face"
Stella "HOT DANG AWOOOOGA!"
Ah Fatt Kor "Jackie Chan's nose"
Mr. Mukur "Waist that looked like 3 Big Macs stack on top of each other"

Good, but too many people have too many similar physical traits.


The Third Way: Nicknames! Nicknames! Who doesn't have a nickname? Some might have only one, some might have several. If they don't have it, heck! Give em one in your address book!

The Fourth way: The one I'm using now. Basically just include where or how you met them. A colleague? Simple! Just put the company name, "Evil Empire". A Net friend? "Net" lor! Met through blogging? "blogger"!
