Batman Begins

Batman Begins poster

No words can describe my love for this movie. Well, maybe this post.

The Dark Knight returns! Or rather has arrived! Tim Burton's version was, well his own vision. Joel Schumacher's crap. Finally! This is how The Batman movie should be.

Everyone knows the story: As a young child, Bruce Wayne witness the murder of parents. Ever since then, he has sworn an oath. An oath to fight crime as the Batman.

Ok, that was pretty quick. I won't go into too much details, I think it would spoil the fun. But how did he became who he is? This movie tells how billionaire Bruce Wayne trained himself to be the epitome of peak human conditioning.

Though the story may seem like it's dragging, but there are enough things happening to make it interesting. I don't think there are any scenes that are pointless and a waste of time. Props to David Goyer to manage to write scenes that are similar to the comic "Batman: Year One".

Acting: Christian Bale IS Bruce Wayne and Batman. Unlike the others, I always thought Michael Keaton fits the role of Batman, but he just couldn't pull off as Bruce Wayne. He just doesn't have that billionaire playboy look. As for Val Kilmer, he has that billionaire playboy look, but he's not a convincing Batman. George Clooney? He should stick to TV series.

While in costume, Bale manage to disguise his voice with an intimidating tone to it. The rest of the cast: What do you expect from Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine and Liam Neeson? Ken Watanabe and Katie Holmes did not do much though.

Props and settings are pretty good. Gotham City looks real. Rest assured there are no over the top gothic, giant statues or neon clubbing lights. The Bat costume, though still looks rubbery, at least it doesn't have nipples. The Batmobile's design though make sense for an all purpose vehicle, it is chunky. I had mixed feelings when I first saw the design. Granted it's a "prototype", but after seeing how much destruction and stuff that it manage to pull off; it's cool.

Soundtrack is dark and brooding. Love it. Must hunt down the CD.

The fighting scenes: Read some reviews complaining that it is too up close and personal, a way used by the director to cheat and hide the ability of the actors to perform martial arts move. But I thought it was fitting for this movie. When you are alone againts many people, you have to finish the fight fast and brutal. They manage to instill that fear, before Batman attacks. It's like the Predator or Alien lurking around... only this time, it's the good guy!

Minor stuff that I love em to bits:

1) Not really minor but Bale is Bruce Wayne/Batman.
2) Gary Oldman looks alot like Gordon in "Batman: Year One".
3) Other comic characters that are minor characters in the movie. Easter eggs for the comic fans.
4) A mention of other fighting styles that Bruce knows.
5) The bats.
6) The twist.
7) The ending. Oh, boy!

Two thumbs up! Can't wait to watch it again.

Hard Worker

You know you're working too hard when your manager personally comes to your pathetic cubicle and make you take your leave. Serious.

My manager came over to my cubicle today. She wanted to know how many more days of leave I had from my previous contract. I told her about 6 days, the last I've checked.

She told me to check and get an exact figure. I've checked the agency's website and yes, it has been zerorised. Had to call them. They gave me:

"7... days."

O_O

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! I'M GOING TO DIEEEE!!!! Wait, wrong movie! -_-"

Told my manager. My manager finally gave me an ultimatum: Either clear it by July or it will be forfieted. Cheh, it should be forfieted in the first place already :P. Anyway, it was nice of her to still let me take it. The rewards of being an efficient and effective worker. Ookkay, let's not inflate it anymore bigger.

She wanted me to take 3 days off for this week: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Told her I"ll just take two. I just can't leave Kar Cher alone with the new guy. The new guy is too... green and slow. So, these two days, hopefully we can whip him into shape.

At least at the end of yesterday, he was more independent. Let's hope he didn't screw it up and I would get calls from the onsite colleagues complaining like this morning.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! I'M GOING TO BE ON LEAAAVE AGAIIINNNNN!!! XD

Feeling Kinda Beat

PoTTluuuccckk!!

Had potluck at friend's place on Saturday. Brought drinks. Couldn't cook good food to save my life. Mom's quite busy this week.

Got the drinks from Carrefour. Parents and bro went out. No car. I was calculating and debating with myself whether I should go Carrefour to get them. A VS B Vs C VS....

In the end, decided to just walk to Carrefour. I refused to pay more than RM 5 for cab fee to Carrefour. Yeah, the inconvenience of not having your own car.

Vanilla Coke was cheap! Cheaper than usual lah. Didn't notice the sign saying that it is only limited to 2 bottles per customer, I took 4 and went to the cashier. After some time of queuing up, the cashier told me about the 2 bottles limit policy. Crap. Went back to get 2 more bottles of Sprite.

Thank God though. Vanilla Coke wasn't popular at the potluck. What's with people's taste?! It's the greatest drink ever created since plain Coke! THE HUMANITY!! C@%9!!

Food was pretty good.

What a small world. One of my friend's friend, whose dad is my Dad's classmate back at Dad's hometown or rather kampung (BM: village). And her dad actually introduced my bro to his former employer! Geez, how we are all connected. 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon anyone?

Before going home, noticed one of my socks went missing. Search around a bit, couldn't find it. Suspected maybe one of friend's friend when went back, put on the wrong sock or something. But then, friend has two pet cats. Yeap, one of em (the cats) dragged it to under the car.

----------------------------------------------

Just came back from Batman Begins. Holy Awesome Begining, Batman! It exceeded all my expectations. Best Batman movie evarhhh!

For those who are uninformed, it's not a prequel of any sorts to the previous Bat Films. They are restarting the Bat franchise.

Two thumbs up. Wanna watch again! Will review it when I feel like it. :P

More Asian Kung-Fu Generation

Haha, Thanx mort! ;)

Friendster Horoscope for June 24, 2005

This sounds interesting:

"Have you thought about the long range implications of what you're doing? If not, it might be time to seek out a couple of trusted friends or an old mentor and get their take on what's currently going on. You're probably already on the right track, but at this point in time, it wouldn't hurt to check in with them and get their perspective. An extra pair of eyes never hurts in a situation like this."

Hhmmm... trusted friends?? Mentor?

Whatcha talking about, Willis??!

Invite

Recently had a friendster invite.

Someone had an account for supporting the *Malaysian *movie *industry had sent a message to me. Inviting me to "add" or "be add", to support the local film industry.

BWAHAHAHA!

Sorry. I dunno. I'm just biased towards the local film industry. Though recently there have been rav reviews on some local movies. Sepet, being the best example, but yet I'm still not interested in watching it. Maybe when it's shown on Astro or other local TV station. The poster for the Beautiful Washing Machine looks cool though.

Ah, whatever. Added the account anyway. Let's see what we can do for the local film industry. Hopefully it's starting to crawl its way out of the hell-hole that it's in. Ganbate!

On another related note, once added, the person then sent a message to me asking me to write a testimonial on what's my opinion on the local film industry.

I'm sure this message would be sent out to whoever, who had been added. But it seems kinda sad and pathetic that there are still people who gave all those meaningless "+++<3<3+++" testimonials. *rolls eyes*

Old = Losing Patience.

I feel I'm getting old. Not that patient anymore.

Yesterday (and today), Kar Cher's on leave. Left me and our new colleague to hold the fort. The new colleague has been with us for less than a week. So, of course alot of things can't deligate to him. Especially Kar Cher's work.

Guess who has to do it. Ah, what to do. He better learn up quick, if not I won't be able to clear leaves in July in peace.

Well, at least I didn't snap at anyone. *prays for a peaceful Friday*

Haiya, No Infection.

Wanted to watch it again, but nadaa. Actually if wanted to watch infection, it can be easily arrange. A bit of stabbing, a bit of blood squirting everywhere.... let wound expose to water and air... wait a few days. Tadaa! Not-So-Instant-Infection.

The Gang (G, MJ, M and lynn) got me something today while having lunch with M and lynn. Some really cute hand phone holder thingy. It's pink some more! Pics later with the rest of my pressies

Was really surprise. I hate people who get me gifts ;P. Of cuz that is a lie. It's never necessarily to get anything. Anyway, gotta plan something. Damn, I hate organizing stuff. :P

Suppose to watch Kansen (Infection) again with lynn. We loved it. Thought if we would watch it again, we might catch some things that we might missed the first time around. Though newspapers showed that they still have it at Midvalley Megamall cinema, but it's not. Apparently, someone thought it was funny. The cinema website has taken Kansen (Infection) out of their show times. Some misc. movie magazine has taken it off as well. These signs told us alot of things. But still, what the heck. If movie is a no go, then can just take dinner.

So, went there and yeah, no more screening for Kansen (Infection). $%@|! Anyway, so we went to Manhantan Fish Shop for dinner. We both had the garlic rice with fish. I really like the garlic rice. Yummy. As for drinks I had Sweet Alabama Smoothie. It's basically chocolate ice-cream with vanilla and peanut butter smoothie. Err I think that's what it was. Sorry am getting old. Can only remember the keywords chocolate, vanilla and peanut butter. What a sinful drink! lynn had plain ice lemon tea. :P

Sudden burning smells irritate my nose.

After dinner, comparing pet notes and lynn bought her stuff, I went hunting for the latest issue of AniWave. The usual places that I erm usually buy had all been sold out. Dunno why, no big chested anime chicks in this issue also.

The first place I tried *Bing Bong*! They have it. But I wasn't very satisfied with the condition of it. Have two more places to check. That magazine shop beside Animetech and Jusco's Japanese books and mags shop. No luck for both. However, I did regret going to Jusco. Saw Newtype and Animage out. *groan* Reeeeeeeessssiiissssst, till 28th!

So, in the end, went back to the first place to get it. Haha, ^__^". Thanx, lynn for putting up with my err obsession.

Got home and after shower, I ter-slept on the bed and woke up at around 12 midnight. Great. How am I going to sleep again?

something behind you...

Reminder

Buy Beech polo/collar shirts. The ones you used to have somehow mysteriously disappeared.

Why? You look good in them.

Oh, Happy Birthday Bro!

It's not like you are going to read this, so:

Tick....

Tock...

Tick...

Tock...

XP

Hope he will like what I got for him.

Happy Father's Day

So, this year we are doing the "in advance" thing again.

The plan was suppose to be dinner at Chili's. But Dad and Bro's stomach got upset so we have to settle with Nando's at Subang Parade. I like Nando's. Thank God it's not that crappy place Logenhaus again.

They renovated the place. Look smaller with all walls and barriers up. No more counters. What was the point of the counters in the first place, when most of the time they table serve you?

Everyone had quater chicken with two side-lines. Mom, Dad and I had coleslaw and rice for the sidel-lines. But bro had coleslaw and chips instead. I had the Cappucino Smoothies. Always love that. Ordered one extra Peri Chips side-line.

Anyway, the usual dinner out with the family. Dad didn't nag. Learn more about Bro's "issue" and I did an immatation of Mat (oh yeah, he dropped by again sometime last Thursday, if i recall correctly. But that's another post to tell).

A peaceful one I would say.

Side Bar Updates

Updated the Reviews and Events/Trips links. I'm thinking of dropping the survey tests links. Getting too many to maintain and it look clogged up. Opinions?

Perverts Among Us

Apparently there is some pervert in my Friendster network, came out of the closet and is trying to tell us that he or she is one:

Hey, Man! You're a perv!

Please keep your pervy searches to yourself!
Hungreeeeeeee

Friggin Pissed

Suppose to watch Batman Begins on Saturday. I was soo pumped up about it. Since me and bro like the character, I've decided to watch with him.

Wanted to book the tickets online on Thursday morning. Then realised it has THX sound system, I want to watch it with that. Problem is, they did not list which time slot would be shown in the THX cinema. Neither did they list it in the newspapers. So suggested to bro that we go straight to the counter to get the tics with THX. Bro agreed and he wants to come along so he can decide which time slot he wants to watch.

Thursday evening, bro didn't come back on time. Came back late. Had dinner with friends. He must have forgotten or something we were suppose to go get the tics. Nevermind, can still get on Friday evening.

Friday, asked lynn if she wanted to join us since she couldn't make it for her show. Asked bro if he mind if she joined us on the phone. "I come back then we"ll talk about it." That's what he told me.

Friday evening, mom woke me up from my nap to take dinner. Looked at the clock and found out it's 9pm already!! Asked Mom where bro is, "he's not going to join us for dinner?". Found out from Mom that he's having dinner with friend(s). What???! Expressed my pissness to Mom.

Long story short, some girl who already has a bf confessed to my bro that she is in love/interested/like/whatever in him. I think bro had a crush on her, so he's kinda in a dilema right now. He knows the bf.

He came back at around 11pm. Whispering to mom about the "issue". Then after awhile he knocked on my door, came in and appologised to me. He said if I really want to watch it, I can go ahead with my friends. Or if want to wait for him it would be next week.

So, apparently he's too busy with his "issues" to even tell me that he might not be able to make it or something before hand. I bet Mom told him that I was pissed. If not, I doubt he would not appologise and let me know what's the plan for tomorrow. And the whole day would be wasted at home wondering. 9#!<|<

Ahh, what to do. He's my only brother. And all the best and good luck to him. I think I"ll just roam around the shopping malls of KL or something.

Holding Off Part 2

Come to think of it. Ever since I started collecting stuff, I've been holding off stuff for like, forever.

Be it DVDs or action figures/gashapon figurines, some of them are still available and some no longer.

Most of em, I've held off till I've lost interest or decided I could live without them. I think I've even forgot I wanted them in the first place. Good in a way that money is saved. Perfect example being the uber cute Pinky Street figs.

Ah well. Thank you for reading this "Wasting Your Time With kawa" post.

That Song From Infection Movie

The one that played when the credits starts to roll... hmmm well, it was the only song in the movie.

It's called Yume (Dream) by Michiko Okuda. Anyone can help me find this on WinMX, LimeWire or whatever donkey@$$ P2P software? Thanx!

No luck on Kazaa Lite or Google.

Watching Samurai Jack With Dad

On Wednesday night, was channel surfing and flipped to Cartoon Network. It was showing Teen Titans. Though a quite entertaining cartoon done in a very anime style, I haven't been following it.

It was almost over. Then came Samurai Jack. Samurai Jack, tells the story of Jack, whose land was conquered by a magical evil beast called Aku. Jack, little boy and was sent away to various lands to train the mind and body. He returned to his land (adult now) with a magical katana to fight Aku.

He beat Aku, but before he could deliver the finishing blow, Aku summoned a time portal and sent Jack into the future. A future ruled by Aku. So, Jack desperately tries to find a way back to the past to undo the future.

That's the premise of the series. I've only watched the first two episodes, and occasionally while channel surfing and nothing to do, and when chance permits, I would watch it. Never got into it.

Samurai Jack
Jack

Aku
Aku

Anyway, Dad sat down and watch it with me. This week's episode had Aku summon Demongo, a soul collector to fight Jack. Demongo collects the souls of the universe's greatest warriors and he is able to use their essence to fight for him. Still they were no match for Jack.

Dad thought it's an anime, a Japanese cartoon. Hmmm didn't he realise they are speaking English? Though the art style is pretty simple and your standard new Cartoon Network cartoon style (example: Power Puff Girls). It's kinda violent. But, violent without blood. Enemies decapitated, cut in half, sliced and diced... still, no blood. Dad was complaining: "Boh huek eh?" (Hokkien: No Blood One?)

OF course being a cartoon, it has its characters do super jumps, Jack batting shurikens back at his enemy and stuff. Dad was going: "Hao siao." (Hokkien: Bullshit)

Can't watch cartoons with Dad. He goes into bitchy mode. Though he's bitchy, but he sat through the whole half hour of it. Weird. I think he enjoyed it.

Holding Off

Just need to get some stuff out of my system.

Thought on last Sunday I might join the Broke Club but I manage to hold off in getting these from XL-Shop:

bucket this!

Gundam Seed Destiny Petit Studio figs. Total of 8 figs. The extra 3 not shown are variants. Interesting ones at that. RM 160 per set. WAAAAAA! So cute!

I wonder if stocks would last till end of the month. T__T Oh, pics rip from XL-Shop.com

Had to hold em off cuz my ordered SIC Faiz Bruster (or Blaster) form and Autovajin set and Saint Seiya Myth Cloth Capricorn Muu would be out this month. SIC should be out around middle of the month and Saint Seiya Myth Cloth would be end of the month. Around pay day. Pay day... Thank Athena!

And what's with a cut up picture being sooo expensive? Oh okay, it glows in the dark:

Gemini
Kagaya's art on Gemini, The Twins. Pic rip from Kagaya Studio.

Finally found the jigsaw puzzle at that Puzzle World shop and it's sooo expensive. 1000 pieces? Surrre.

Cmon, only 13 more days to go!! >_<

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NATALIE PORTMAN!!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

May we be forever young and beautiful! :P

Thanx to Bie (right on the spot ^O^), KM, Rach, and Bro for the best wishes. For those who didn't know, ah well, you didn't know. :P

Felt so tired, even right in the morning. So blur. Didn't get enough sleep last night, even though I've slept earlier compared to my usual late hours. Hope I didn't make any mistakes at work and blow right in my face tomorrow.

Wanted to gather some people for lunch to belanja. But sigh, some have this, some have that.

Will post pressies later. A word of warning though. They are toys. XD

Nothing much, nothing special. It's just another day.

It's Wednesday!

Of course it's Wednesday. Just a post with mix bags of stuff.

Bad News

The bad news' finally out. It was worst. A "a kick in the head" worst. All the best and good luck to him.

Training

Not looking forward to this weekend. This will be the longest working week. Will be having training on the weekends. Two full weekend days. Crap. But those who will be attending it will be able to claim time off for the two days. The bright side is, at least I can have something to add in my resume. Oh well. Thinking of maybe taking next Tuesday or Wednesday off. Hhmmm.... haha, just thinking aloud.

Contract

Had renew contract on Monday. Bunch of people asking questions like, any new benefits, salary increment, promotion (AAAAHHAHAHAHA!) yadayada... *rolls eyes*. Hair got increase lah.

Hair

Speaking of hair, I actually wanted to go for a hair cut last weekend. But alas, I was too lazy and err sorta forgot. Lazy until forgot. Heard from my mom that Lewis (or was it Louis?) have went to UK to work or something. Apparently, he thinks the grass is greener over there. Ah, good luck! So, who's going to cut my hair? Sigh.

Mom: "That day ask you to follow us to cut hair don't want.... got ALOT OF GIRLS there woh!"

-_-" Jeez, Mom!!

Savvy

What a crappy name. Saw the new Proton Savvy while stopped by Carrefour to buy this month's First Magazine (Batman Begins cover). It looks okay lah. 1.2 litre. Pics? I'm sure you can find it on the Net or all over the place, sooner or later. It's a small car. Cost about 40,000?

"I Have A Bad Feeling About This"

While having lunch yesterday, told Lynn that I have this bad feeling like something really bad will happen. Well, it didn't. Almost though.

Still yesterday, got home and Mom told me that when it rained during the afternoon, a lightning almost struck the house again. Luckily I unplugged all modem cables, plugs, phone lines and double checked em before going off to work. Who says lightning never strikes the same place twice?

Batman Begins

Getting really hype up to watch this movie. I was really excited when they announced Christian Bale has signed up for the Bat mantel. Though he's not that big a size, I think he can pull it off. He can look intimidating and still has that billionaire playboy look. Unlike the past Batmen. Anyway, we"ll see.

Like Bale ever since the movie Equilibrium. What's it about? Feel like popping in the DVD to watch again. Review later. I should watch his other movies. He's a good actor.

That's all folks!

Bananarama's Love In The First Degree

Dunno why, this song kept playing in my head, on the way back from work. Can't beleive I still remember most of the lyrics.

---------------------------------------

Love In The First Degree

By Bananarama

Last night I was dreaming
I was locked in a prison cell
When I woke up I was screaming
Calling out your name (whoa)

And the judge and the jury
They all put the blame on me (the blame on me)
They wanna know from my story
They want to hear my plead

Only you can set me free
'Cause I'm guilty (Guilty)
Guilty as a gun can be
Come on baby can't you see
I'm still accused
Of love in the first degree

(Guilty) Of love in the first degree

Someday I'm believing
You will come to my rescue
And chain my heart, you'll keep him
Let me start a new (uuuu)

The hours passed so slowly
Since they've thrown away the key (Away the key)
Can't you see that I'm lonely
Won't you help me be

Only you can set me free
'Cause I'm guilty (Guilty)
Guilty as a gun can be
Come on baby can't you see
I'm still accused
Of love in the first degree

(Guilty) Of Love in the first degree

(Guilty)
Of Love

(Guilty)
Of Love in

(Guilty) of Love

(Guilty) of Love in

(Guilty)
Of love in the first degree

And the judge and the jury
They all put the blame on me
They wanna know from my story
They wanna hear my plead

Only you can set me free
'Cause I'm guilty (Guilty)
As a gun can be
Come on baby can't you see
I'm still accused
Of Love in the first degree

The "Hhhmmm" Of Today

So many figurines, so lil money.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Madagascar

Went to Saw it last Sunday with The Horror Movie Gang and plus one more, "horror movies are not mah thang" M. :P

I think I"ll just let Yahoo! Movie sum it up for me:

This movie on focuses four residents and "stars" of the Central Park Zoo in New York City who are also best friends: a lion (Stiller), a zebra (Rock), a giraffe (Schwimmer) and a pregnant hippo (Smith). When one of them goes missing, the other three break out of the zoo looking for him, and eventually all four are captured and put in boxes to ship them back to the continent their species are originally from: Africa. An accident at sea, however, strands them on the shore of Madagascar. Having had humans take care of them their entire life, the four know nothing of surviving in the wild. Exploring their surroundings, the four friends soon meet the Malagasy locals and their carnivorous enemies, the fousas. As the two sides try to use these four new, strange (and large) friends to their benefit, our heroes are also confronted with the reality of their predestined roles in nature.

Edited, so it won't spoil the movie.

The CG's nice. Lots of bright colours to attract kids' attention. But is it really a kids' movie? It was rated PG (Parental Guidence) though.

I realised that kids were laughing mostly on the slapstick parts like, one of the characters fell down, spitted, clock stuck on head, etc. Most of the jokes or comedic moments lies in the conversations. It's more of a sitcom. Hence, David Schwimmer I guess. It was funny. But I dunno. I noticed I laughed at scenes when the audience were mostly dead quiet.

The characters were pretty lovable. My favourites are Alex the Lion, Melman the Giraffe and the monkeys. The penguins? They were okay.

The soundtrack's pretty good but I got annoyed with the "I like to move it" song. Unfortunately, it's like the main theme song of the movie, as they even played it at the end.

They manage to sneaked in some spoofs from other shows/movies. Like Planet of the Apes, The Mission and National Geographic. Probably not many younger generation people would noticed it except National Geographic Special.

The verdict? It's okay. Definitely a rental.

"Of course we are going to fling poop at him."

Tomorrow: Movies Galore!

Will be watching Madagascar with the Horror Movie Gang plus M.

Keep hearing good things about Madagascar not only from reviews but also bloggers. But some how I am not so "WWEEEEEE!" about it. Dunno, maybe been sleeping too much until I get insomania at night.

Then at night, it's Revenge of the Sith with brother again. Bro just told me he booked 2 tickets for tomorrow night at Summit with THX sound system again. Cool. I really love it. Best of the Prequel Trilogy. This time I want with popcorn!

Maybe after the second viewing I would feel more enthusiastic to write a review.

Throw Paper Into Basket Game

Something to kill boredom, or that slow day at the office:

Throw Paper Into Basket Game

Warning!: Highly addictive.

I remember when I was in secondary school, my pal and I use to throw crumpled papers into basket all the time. For added difficulty, we would hang it up at one of the nails that is nailed at the door way. It was the back door way. Once a teacher came thru there and I threw one paper right at her face. LOL! DAAMNN, and I was the class monitor!! LOL!

Links Update

Added some links at the side bar.

Interrupted Nap

Yup, on leave again today.

While taking a nap, I was awaken by a presence. Mom opened my room's door and standing at the door way.

Mom: "Ooi, wake up!"

Me: "ZzzZz...* huh?"

Mom: "Wake up, wake up!"

Me: "What?"

Mom: "Mat's here. And he's crying."

Me: "Huh, what you want me to do?"

Mom: "Offer him some advice."

Me: "I was having a really good nap lah, Ma."

Mom: "Quick lah!"

Mom: "Oh and I bought you lunch."

Yeah, I can hear him sobbing outside in the living room alright.

Who's Mat? He's a son of one of my Dad's ex-colleague/friend. Sometimes he just drop by. I dunno, do what. But my parents have been telling me that recently his gf dumped him. From what I've learned from my parents, they (Mat and his ex-gf) were together for 2 years and his gf started to nit picking on him and then dumped him. He should be celebrating.

Parents said that he seems to be in the same sort of situation that I was in last time. Phhbt! So, they thought I could give him some advise? Haiiihh, He'll get over her eventually lah. I really don't understand my parents sometimes.

I woke up, took my lunch and went to the living room to "join" them. He haven't pass that Stage 1 Boo Hoo Hoo stage yet, so anything said to him won't make much sense to him. He keep answering questions or making comments and ends them with "If I could let go."

So, what if you can't let go? She doesn't want you anymore, anyhow you would still need to let go. If it takes a year, a year it would be.

It's just been a month that they've broke up. Sigh, where got so soon let go? Gave him some blahblahblah and I went back to bed.

What a waste of a precious good Zees. Maybe I should open an Agony Unc site or something. Agony Unc as opposed to Agony Aunt.

"My girl friend just dumped me, what should I do??"

"Watch porn."

Yahoo! News: "Deep Throat" Identity Revealed

"Deep Throat" Identity Revealed

Knew this would be revealed in my life time. I've heard a theory that "Deep Throat" was actually Richard Nixon himself! Haha!

"Can I Try That?"

While having lunch with S today at KFC, we were sitting on a table which could seat 6 people.

S thought we were being selfish. I told her that if anyone needed the seats they would say something about it. And then, we can just let them have it.

Some old guy came in with a crutch and went to the sink to wash his hand or something. Then he came to our table, asking if he could take a seat and rest. Old already can't walk or something. Of course we let him.

Then he started talking to us. Asking how much does a meal cost and stuff. We gladfully answered him.

Then this is where it gets weird, he started asking us how does it taste like and stuff... is it too hard for an old person, he's got dentures and blablabla. We told him it's not too bad.

He started asking for a tiny piece to try. I cut out one but he complained it's too big. Cut a smaller piece and he took it.

"Mm, yes, can can... not too hard. Can I try a bigger piece?"

Gave him one more.

*chew chew* *COUGH! COUGH* Faced all red, "It's kinda spicy."

HAHAaahaha :P, told him it's curry falvoured. Asked him if he needs a drink to wash it down. He looks around awhile and just shook his head, indicating "No".

Then he started to eye on S's meal and started with his usual interrogation. S's potato wedges caught his attention. He asked for a small piece. Left 2 pieces. S gave him all. We're almost finished with our lunch.

"Mmm! Mmm! These are good, very soft."

After finishing our lunch and washed our hands we went off. He thank us for the free meal. His exact words. We were both -_-" and "....".

While on the way back to the office on the bus, S said dunno if that "uncle" really never had KFC before, or just looking for a free meal.

Me: "If it really bothers you, whenever we are here, we can drop by and see if he's sitting with some people and asking for food."

S: "Told you we shouldn't take up so many seats."

Me: "Well, we could do the split and take up 3 seats on one side."

S:" "You can or not? Afterwards your hips bones break leh!"

Me: "I think my pants would break first before my bones."

I dunno, maybe I am mean and selfish. But it felt like someone just took advantage of us.
