How do I start this post without cussing?

Past few days my nose have been either running or stuffy. Sometimes it's completely ok, then it would be back. Yesterday it was running wile. Took a cap of Panadol Cold and Flu and went to bed. Hoping everything will be ok the next day.

Woke up in the morning... sky's still dark. God knows what time is it... back and neck's killing me. Tried to get up...

Because of the pain, I hardly could move. Manage to get up later in the morning, applied some ointment and relieved a lil. Now I walk around the house with a hunch.

Hope tomorrow it gets better...
