Chi Ling At KLCC 7th September 2007

She was here for the Osim uSqueeze launch, being their ambassador.

Only learned about it a few days before 07/09/07 on Mix FM and my reaction was like "I AM SOO GOING TO BE THERE!".

I had it all planned out. Camera: Borrow bro's digicam. The Digi Videocame ain't going to cut it this time. Remember the Elva Hsiao pics from RO Carnival? Well, yeah, hell with those. Transport: Pretty simple. LRT... oh wait oh noes! I'm suppose to be at customer's site on that day, which is at Shah Alam! Ok no sweat, just take the KTM Commuter train. A bit of travelling time there and I should still be able to make it on time. Clothes: pick my best working clothes. Hey, who knows, maybe I might have the chance to get close to her to shake her hand and take a pic with? A guy can dream right? LOL.

So, Friday's (07/10/07 is a Friday) here and I was as giddy as a school girl. Keep looking at the clock and mumbling why the time can't pass any faster.

6:00PM, BOOYA! Made a Fishing Nohohon impression on the train... almost missed my stop.

KLCC concourse, where she would be was jam packed. People were already waiting at the other floors' railing and there's no place to squeeze in there. Looks like I've no choice but to stay on the ground floor. Here's some pics I took:

Damn arms

Chi Ling 1

Chi Ling 2

Chi Ling 3

Chi Ling 4

Chi Ling 5

Chi Ling 6

The last 3 were my favs. As they did not construct a make shift stage, I had to stand on my tippity toes, raised the camera as high as possible; try to look at the view screen and then pray I was doing it right.

So, what happened when she was here? Pretty much a bit of Q&A with the emcee, obligatory plugging of the uSqueeze, some audience were picked out to have a cat walk competition and of course fan service - the photo taking session where she struts her stuff. I think the whole thing was just around 30 minutes.

Damn lah, you should've seen her with your own eyes.

Flushed Away

So, Turd has been flushed away.

A new Newbie has came in yesterday. Haven't start any proper training yet as colleague has bitten by a bug (non-radioactive) and got an alergic reaction (non-web shooting and non-sticking to walls type) to it.

I was alone. How to train?

Guess when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter how many times you go to the gym in a week... a bug can still kick your @$$, mano-a-insecto.

Fail
