Chasing Dreams

Ever since that day, I have lost my dreams.

I've thought they were gone for good.

I was wrong. They are still somewhere out there.

I'm going to get them back.

Now I'm running forward towards the future chasing my dreams.

Eyes focusing on the present,

sometimes looking back over my shoulder at the past.

If I've achieved my dreams, would they still be dreams?

I do not know. I am going to keep on chasing them anyway.
