Both ends are open. Zip up, it's open. Zip down, it's open. How do I fix this??

The zippper is on?
hhaa..
actually u can try zip the opposite way, then zip the normal direction. Works for me on my HP black+white camping bag which has 1 functional strap left.
Tried plenty of times until my fingers were sore!
Showed Mom, Mom says it has to be replaced. Good! Never liked the zipper anyway. Damn hard to pull up.
Wax huh? That reminds me of putting wax on shoes, where it touches the ankles, so it won't rub and hurt your ankles.
