What's with Men with nuts and sit up benches?

Had nothing better to do today after lunch so I flipped thru the local newspapers. Second page has a pic of some hand holding a nut.

I didn't notice the text at first. I was thinking, what's so special about this?

"Malaysian man gets nut stuck around penis"

And according to the article, he's not the only one who did it, and in such a short period of time, another case happened.

That's the Malaysian news. Over at Hong Kong, there's some guy who got his penis stuck in a sit up bench with holes in it. Here's a blog with an article of it. It even has a youtube vid of the news.
