So, There Was This Show I Was Watching
on New Year's dawn, The 25 Million Dollars Hoax on 8TV.
It's all a hoax. The contestant would be announced in front of her family that she won 5 million and one week later, she would have a chance to win up till a maximum of 50 million. But they would rigged it to let her win 25 million. But remember, it's still not real. If she manage to keep it up till the very end and her family (all of them) is still around to show up to see her spin the wheel; she gets some prizes.
She would be given 5 million to spent for one week and here are the rules:
1) To be a jerk.
2) She can only spend on herself and not on any of her family members.
3) Family members are all tagged along to watch her spend. LOL
4) Must keep it up till the very end.
So what happened at the end? She manage to keep it all up and win some prizes for her family. Probably all add up would be somewhere around a few million.
During the show, it would intercut with the contestant and her family's commentary. They would be saying things like "oh that's so rude, what a bitch blabla i dunno her anymore" and she would be like "oh that's so hard i can't go on anymore etc etc etc".
Seeing how her family reacted to the money, I guess it would be normal to find it hard to continue bluffing.
Anyway, the main point about this post is, if it happened to me, i mean, not the whole hoax thing.. the whole i won a million doolahs thing and i have to be an ass about it... it won't be too hard for me. :P
Considering the fact that i've been receiving the short end of the stick most of the time, i think i am entitled to be a jerk when something as good as this happens. Of course then there would be karma coming back biting me in the ass.
